Student PlacementsWe are currently offering two student placement positions to start in September-October 2010, running until Summer 2011. This opportunity applies to students on Outdoor Education, Adventure Management, Outdoor Leadership (and similar courses) that require a placement as part of the course. . The closing date for submitting expressions of interest is 18th June 2010. Mobile Climbing Wall Stanley Head has recently purchased a mobile wall to take to events in and around Stoke-on-Trent. We are looking for someone to lead these days. You must have D1 and E on your license so that you are able to tow, and you must be confident towing. You should also have experience of working with children, and working under pressure. An SPA qualification is desirable but not essential as on-the-job training can be provided. Some experience of climbing would be preferable though. This will be a zero hour contract and is likely to be seasonal but the successful applicant will have the opportunity to create their own work by marketing the Wall and working with the Head of Centre to find new bookings.
