School and Other Group Bookings for 2010-11

Residential booking forms are now being received for 2010-11. All Stoke-on-Trent schools and selected other schools should have received booking forms in the post. However, these can also be obtained by emailing the centre ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ). Bookings will be accepted on a first come-first served basis so please book early for the more pupular summer periods. You might also like to speak to the Centre about the benefits of coming during the quieter months.

Before your arrival please ensure that each pupil has a completed Medical Form and Consent Form provided by ourselves - these can be downloaded below. You can also download the Pupil's Information and Kit List which is a leaflet advising them on what to bring and what to expect.

All adults in the group will also need to complete a Medical Form and an Adult Consent Form.
